A good site with loads of interesting Pacific resources is posted by ANU Pacific Studies at http://coombs.anu.edu.au/WWWVL-PacificStudies.html A wide range of cultures and topics are included here.  It's fun to browse! I found a fair amount on Papuan and Burmese tattooing, but not a lot from other Pacific cultures.
