In Southern CA

May 5th & 6th I'll be participating in the Living Arts Showcase at The Pacific Islands Ethnic Art Museum in Long Beach. It's a free event & should be well-worth attending. There will be tattoo film showings and related activities, dance performances, Pacific Islands foods, arts & such. I'll be there tattooing and will give a power point presentation A TATTOO TOUR OF POLYNESIA on Sat afternoon, May 5th time TBA, but come spend the day!

ON O'AHU

The Honolulu Museum (formerly the Honolulu Academy of Arts and the Contemporary Museum) will be hosting a major exhibition titled Tattoo Honolulu. Everything from traditional Hawaiian tattoos and the war era to military tattoos will be included. There will be film showings on Polynesian tattoo in the later half of June.

I'll be giving two presentations on tattoo-

A Tattoo Tour of Polynesia on Monday July 30th at 7:30 pm
The Tattoo Revival in Polynesia on Sunday August 5th also at 7:30
