Tattoo News - September-October 2013

The ongoing controversy regarding non-Samoans wearing traditional pe'a, as well as the Nike women's leggings that were produced (and then immediately pulled of the market) is discussed in a newspaper article from the Samoa Observer:
A brief, but informative article on Maori Moko is at http://nzetc.victoria.ac.nz/tm/scholarly/tei-PalMoko-t1-body-d1-d2.html
